The Bognor Makerspace will hopefully soon be equipped with new, fully accessible toilets (with vital baby changing facilities!)  but we urgently need your help to achieve the last bit of our target on the Spacehive crowdfunding page. Loads of local organisations have generously donated to the appeal including the Rotary Club, Lions Club and all three councils. We’ve now got just 18 days to raise the final 20%.

If you can donate even a small sum that will be much appreciated. Click on this link to donate:

Help Making Theatre Gaining Skills to continue to provide training and work experience to some of the most disadvantaged communities in West Sussex from our new permanent home in Bognor Regis. We always welcome donations of equipment and materials such as:

  • carpentry tools
  • storage shelving and boxes
  • paint
  • wood
  • fabric
  • stationery and computer equipment

“Doing the course pulled me out of a hole, I was in a really dark place at Christmas and since starting with Making Theatre Gaining Skills everything has changed for me. It’s given me a sense of purpose and makes it worth getting up in the mornings. I think it’s given me a jump start after being out of work for so long. It has been brilliant in every way.” Tony, participant – now a regular Peer Mentor.

“I was surprised that people really came out of themselves, started working together, and believing in themselves again.” Andy, participant.

Cash donations support the employment of skilled practitioners, enable us to tour the shows to local schools and provide an effective advice and guidance service. Join our Supporters’ Group by paying just £10 per year and help us provide even more vital training. You can join by clickingnon the link to the Golden Giving page:
