Our Partners and Supporters

Our work is made possible through the generous support of partners and organizations who share our commitment to helping people develop skills and confidence.

Our Partners and Supporters

In this section:

Thank you to all our partners and supporters!

Making Theatre Gaining Skills has raised funding from a range of sources – without their support we couldn’t deliver the programmes that help people develop skills, confidence and employability. Our funding allows us to employ experienced staff, maintain our equipment and venue, and develop new programmes.

We’re always looking for new funding partners to help us expand our work and reach more people. If you’re interested in supporting our programmes or would like to know more about our funding needs, please get in touch. Every contribution, whether large or small, makes a real difference to the people we work with.

Our supporters include but are not limited to:

  • Department for Work and Pensions.
  • Arts Council England.
  • Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
  • Regional Growth Fund.
  • Heritage Lottery.
  • West Sussex County Council.
The Pathfinder team in Bognor have introduced many clients to the Making Theatre Gaining Skills project and all the clients have greatly benefited from gaining a resource of skills, creativity and social opportunity.

This was undoubtedly a team accomplishment. The young people, who had never met each other or worked together before, had really embraced the opportunities for learning with professional experts and demonstrated creative ingenuity and skill, real team work, great communication skills and problem solving abilities.

Making Theatre Gaining Skills changes lives, helping people view themselves and life’s challenges in a different light. The West Sussex Tier 2, targeted mental health support services work with people with an emerging and/or existing mental health issue supporting them to live well, get well and stay well. Each client has a personal support plan to help them achieve their goals.
